All Playlists

This is my main rotating playlist and each iteration is unique in its own way as it is developed over the span of anywhere from 1 to 3 months. Each one is a snapshot into what is true for me; and it seems that is always changing. The guarantee is that it is passionately curated and thoroughly considered.

Unlike my main Reasonable Hedonism playlist, this one doesn't switch out. It's just an ever growing playlist of gentle, deep, passionate, and sensuous songs.

So I get these desires to craft specific playlists that serve some kind of function in my life. This one is about dancing like nobody is watching. Because sometimes I want nothing more than to move to the music.

I've needed to really fight the narrative of 'boys don't cry'. I think I'm well on my way to throwing this phrase in the trash. Crying is one of the bravest things a human can do, and wow does it ever feel like a cleanse. Once I make it through the crucible of pain that sits between the tears and the emotion, the floodwaters that flow always bring me the sense of peace I was missing.

When it's time to journey inwards to the spaces where shadows and demons and dirty soul work can be found. In the darkness where the greatest gifts reside. It's not easy, it's heart stopping at times, but the treasure awaits you. Listen in order.
