Making sense of yourself changes everything.

Does any of this sound familiar?

You know what the rules are, but it feels like they were written for someone else.

When I'm excited about something, I can focus on it with the kind of intensity that gets weeks worth of work done in days. On the flip side, when I don't have something to focus on, I feel drained of energy and completely unmotivated.

Coworkers know they can come to me for anything and I'll do it, but I'm running on empty trying to keep it that way.

I always feel anxious, even when everything is going well.

I've read every book on productivity, listened to all the podcasts, downloaded all the apps, and none of it helps me be consistent.

Memory? What memory? Every day feels like a scene out of the movie "Groundhog Day". What did we have for dinner last night? Why does watching a movie I haven't seen for a few years feel like I almost haven't watched it before?

I just can't wrap my head around time. I am late when I don't mean to be, and I wish people realized its not because I don't care; I just lose track of it completely.

If you nodded at even one of these, you're in the right place. None of it means something's wrong with you. It usually means you've been white-knuckling systems that were built for a different kind of brain.

Coaching That Tracks Who You Are

Instead of seeing you as somehow broken or wrong, this work starts with understanding how YOU think, feel, and move through the world. It's not you, it's the system you were born into.

Neurodiversity-Affirming

ADHD, AUDHD, Autism... Your mind responds in ways that most external systems weren’t designed for. Our work focuses on understanding how your mind functions so you can embrace its unique way of operating and thrive in ways you never thought possible.

Rebuild Self-Trust

Many people with ADHD or Autism (or both) lose trust in their own instincts after years of pretending they are something other than what they are. Our work helps you recognize the patterns shaping your decisions so you can begin trusting yourself from your own unique way of interacting with the world.

Turn Insight into Direction

Once you understand how your internal system works, decisions become clearer. Boundaries become easier. Relationships become honest. Your energy goes toward what matters.

Testimonials

Thanks to Jacob, I have a relationship with my son now. My daughter and wife don’t avoid me anymore, and I am flourishing in my new supervisors roll at work. I cannot thank him enough!

SP

I had no hesitation when it came to the decision to work with Jacob. Coach Jacob's understanding of life struggles, shadow beliefs, and his methods to re-tool for future fulfillment have been instrumental in tuning my path forward. He has helped me dig deep to the roots of my stagnation, face my fears, and see with more clarity who I am and who I want to continue being.

NK

I have witnessed Jacob lead hundreds of men to the depths of their own heart and soul. I have seen those men bring those gifts back to their families and communities. I am one of those men and I will be forever grateful for the day I crossed paths with him.

DS

Jacob sees right through the noise. He catches what I can’t seem to say, helps me put it into words, and provides the tools to make it all make sense. I've never felt more in control of my own destiny.

RD

Jacob is one of the most caring, thoughtful, patient, positively supportive and kind people I've ever encountered. He helped me cut through the stories and the blockages and get to what matters underneath. He helped me be more self reflective and aware. I have valued every single session we've ever had.

Honest answers

The questions people usually ask first.

Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Therapy often looks backward to heal; coaching looks forward to build. I won't diagnose or treat a condition, but I do draw on tools with roots in therapeutic and psychological work, using them to help you design a way of living and working that fits how you're mind works.
Do I need a formal diagnosis?
Not at all. Plenty of people I work with are self-identified, on a waitlist, or simply curious. You're the expert on your own experience: a label isn't a prerequisite for support.
How does pricing work?
You can work session-to-session which is billed after each call, or choose a 3- or 6-month package, paid up front or in agreed instalments. We'll talk specifics on the intro call so it's clear before you commit to anything. If cost is a barrier, mention it because I keep flexible spots when I can.
How long do people usually work with you?
It varies. I usually suggest a 3- or 6-month arc so real change has time to settle, but some come for a focused stretch around a specific transition and others stay longer for ongoing partnership. There's no hard minimum; we'll continue only as long as it's genuinely useful.
Is this only for ADHD and autism?
Those are my specialty, but the work suits anyone whose mind doesn't fit the standard mould: AuDHD, highly sensitive, twice-exceptional, or simply tired of advice that assumes a brain unlike yours.
What if I'm not sure it's for me?
That's exactly what the free intro call is for. No pressure, no pitch, just thirty minutes to see whether it feels right. If it's not a fit, I'll happily point you toward something that is. Send a message if you'd rather ask first.

Ready to begin?

A free 30-minute intro call is the first step. No pressure — just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
